Vaňková, Klára ; Pádivý, Martin (advisor) ; Kainová, Lucie (referee)
The aim of thesis is to create a comprehensive set of excercises for students with mental disabilities, attending primary school special. The set of excercises will be used, as a daily workout, with the children will have influenced in the common room before class begins. The warm -up will always take place at the same time in the same place to make it easier for children to develop a mobility habit. In the warm up, I will particularly focus on problem parts of students such as muscle dysbalance, flaccid and shortened back muscles. These problems stem from a long-term session on the school benches, but also from the different body structure of these children. However, I must take into account the health of the students and their mental level so that they are able to carry out the excercises at all. It is therefore necessary to consult with experienced educators and to study professional literature. The excercises should serve to create a mobility habit and improve their motor skills, while also repairing muscle dysbalance and strengthening and stretching back muscles.
